What is your return policy?
Exchanges are welcome within 14 days of receiving your item. Please return it to us brand new, and in the original packaging. We will happily swap your item, or issue store credit for your return. Store credit does not expire.

How do I wash my Necknot™?
Suggested Tools:
- Clean cloth
- Liquid detergent
1. Place the Necknot on a clean, flat surface and identify where the dirty or stained area is on the scarf.
2. Spot clean only the area that is dirty by dabbing the soiled area with a clean cloth that you dipped in a mixture of warm water and gentle liquid detergent.
3. Rinse the area by dabbing it with another clean cloth that has been moistened by warm water, and then let the Necknot™ air dry.
Caution:
Avoid placing your Necknot in the washer (even on delicate cycle). Also, avoid using the dryer or iron on your Necknot, as irreversible damage may occur.
